We provide FREE express shipping for West Malaysia orders above RM40 and all East Malaysia orders above RM100.
Currently we aim to ship orders within 17 working days of orders being placed. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for Sabah and Sarawak.
You will receive an order fulfilment email once your order has been processed.
The estimated delivery time will be between 2-6 working days, depending on the delivery address.
Please note that all orders are shipped from Malaysia. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
Once item has been dispatched from Kintry, we will provide a tracking number and it is the customer's responsibility to track the parcel. We advise for customers to request/purchase insurance from the post company in the event of lost parcel. Kintry will not be responsible for lost parcels.
For security purposes, we do not deliver to a PO Box address. In the event you have chosen a PO Box address as your destination address, we will send you an email requesting you to choose an alternative address.
